What is the minimum amount financed?

Over how many years can I finance my dental care?
The terms offered are from 12 months and up to 10 years depending on the amount financed.
What are the interest rates offered by the bank?
Institutions offer fixed rate loans. Since rates are subject to change without notice, we invite you to contact us directly. It also varies from one person to the other according to their credit ratings.
Can I repay my loan at any time?
Yes, it is an open loan, repayable at any time, in part or in full, without penalty nor fees.
Do all dental professionals offer this program?
Not at the moment. If you to see if your dentist offers our program, you can go on the home page and look it up with your postal code.
To join, do I have to go to the financial institution?
No, everything is done at the dental clinic and at the comfort of your home. All you have to do is have the clinic fill a form and we will contact you by phone to process your credit information. The decision of the institution concerned will be sent to you within approximately 24 hours.
What if my dental health professional is not a DentoPLAN program partner?
Just let us know. We will contact your dental health professional to inform them of our services and then invite them to become one of our partners.
Do I need to open an account with the institution?
No. You can provide us with a void check from your institution for direct debits.
Can I borrow the full amount of the care?
Absolutely.
Can I use the health loan even if I have dental insurance?
Yes. The institution can approve the total amount and as soon as you receive the reimbursement from your insurance, you apply it to the loan, or you simply borrow for the amount not covered by your insurance.
I will need treatment with two different dental professionals, can I combine the two amounts?
No. It is best if you have two loans, with each of the professionals involved.
What are the basic criteria for submitting a funding request?
Be 18 years of age or older (with a credit history)
Have a credit card in your name (in some cases, for at least 1 year) or another type of financing such as a mortgage, car loan or ligne of credit
Bankruptcy and consumer proposal must be completed for 3 years (credit must be redone)
